Actually this is sort of a retro-update as the petticoat is complete. I just didn't want to take a break from my sewing binge to post. I was on a roll! I finally got to the point in my madness where I could trim out the front panel and let me tell you what a difference that made from the scraggly mess that laid upon my ugly ironing board!!!
